Accessories we currently offer for the Halo:
SOFT BAG: Our Soft Bag is a custom-made soft “gig” style bag with an embroidered Halo logo, perfectly sized for carrying a Halo. The Bag has backpack straps as well as comfortable carrying handles.
We think you will agree with us that the Bag is a nice home for the Halo when it is not being played!
Unbranded bags are sometimes available for other handpans, but the bag is sized for the Halo. Inquire if you are interested in acquring one for another instrument.
Ordered as an accessory, the Soft Bag costs $100 plus shipping.
TRAVEL HARD CASE: For travelers, we offer hard cases for the Halo. Our Travel Hard Case should protect a Halo in a cargo hold of a plane or during the rigors of day to day touring.
The Travel Hard Case is designed to hold a Halo protected in a Soft Bag, but in a pinch it can also hold a Halo alone.
The Travel Hard Case costs $240 plus shipping.
HALO STAND: The Halo Stand in its original design has been discontinued. Research for a replacement is underway.
MAILING POLICY
Purchase of a Halo includes subsidized shipping (in a box) of your instrument and a Soft Bag (if you are getting one). Shipping costs vary by destination, and fluctuate according to our own shipping costs, but for reference, shipping in the US is currently $60, to Canada is $110, and to much of Europe is $160; shipping elsewhere is more expensive. Some destinations are very expensive (the highest we have quoted is to Poland, about $700; Australia is about $400).
Shipment is via UPS Ground within the US (2-5 days to most addresses), and via the US Post Office’s international service elsewhere (6-10 days to most addresses).
International customers may pay for expedited shipping via UPS’s international service, and domestic customers may pay to upgrade to UPS’s air services. Inquire with us for current rates.
Unless you are an international customer also buying a Travel Hard Case, your Halo will be shipped in a custom reinforced reusable cardboard box (measuring 27" x 27" x 13") to keep it safe in transit. This box should be kept in case you need to send your Halo back to us for repair or for a tune-up. If your box is worn out or damaged, we will replace it when we send your Halo back to you.
Our boxes are very strong, you do NOT need a Travel Hard Case for shipping.
The Travel Hard Case will be drop-shipped directly to domestic customers.
The Travel Hard Case is a heavy-duty item and it weighs almost as much as the Halo itself. You may incur a significant shipping cost for it (about $60 in the US, more elsewhere).
Note: shipping charges will change if our carriers change their rates.
